I will try and take some later - I guess the best way to describe are black "stains" on the red leather, as if something got wet and bled into the leather. I have a few spots on the right door panel (where the leather insert is) and some larger stains on the right passenger seat. I hope that helps - but I will try and get pictures and post them here. I would have to assume that someone has had a similar experience on their S2K, and hopefully their advice can help me out.

Thanks for the info. I think I've seen lexol at Andersons. Does it come in small orange or brown spray bottles? Where can we find townsends?

From my experience in dealing with their product line, it really doesn't look like they know too much about leather care at all.

Just my .02
You work for Townsend, right?

Ian - that would be cool. I've been using Zaino leather cream since day 1 but I may aswell try some Townsends to see what the fuss is about. Cheers

I work for a member of The Townsend Leather Group called The Leather Institute, we specialize in the aftercare of leather: products, training, services, etc.

Sean - do you think or do you have any experience with any of your products at the leather institute that can remove black spots from red leather?
