Sorry for not putting this in the last post, but if you do not want to order over the web you can call (800) 242-9578 and order by phone. Just a thought, I am still trying to get the discount on the TLI products, hopefully something soon.

Wow, Sean, we're lucky to have you as a member. Thanks for the good info.

Are Neoprene (wetsuit material) seat covers in any way harmful to the leather seats? Should I still apply leather conditioner even though they stay covered? I've got a set of Wet Okole seat covers. The neoprene isn't in direct contact with the leather. They use some type of cotton (?) padding under the neoprene on the seating surfaces.

Last time I cleaned my seats with Meguiars Gold Class Cleaner/Conditioner, the cream got into the holes in the leather. I must have been using it the wrong way. What's the right method for cleaning the leather with holes? I saw the posts about blowing the residue out with a compressor, but is there a right way to clean and not get the stuff in the holes in the first place?

I took a look at ordering on your Leather Institute web site. The order site says that it is secure but the site does not appear to be encrypted. If it were a secure site the address would begin with https and the lock icon would appear on my browser as it does for other secure sites. Am I missing something or is the order site not secure?

When you order you are taken to a secure site that will actually do the transaction, still workin on the discount, but this week is one of the big show's so everyone was preparing and now they are in Florida until next week so please be patient.

Thanks,

Sean
