It's been a pretty normal winter around here. As usual, they drop TONS of gravel, salt and what appear to be small, abrasive pieces of broken glass on the roads at the slightest hint of winter weather. Unfortunately, this does not bode well for my front lip, which appears to be taking the brunt of the abuse. I washed 'er the other day, and there appear to be not chips of any kind, but there are a bunch of little scuff marks from crap hitting it at speed. What is the best way to get rid of these little marks? It's really hard to get any kind of power tool down there to polish it out. (hee hee....I said \"power tool down there\" ). What does everyone else do? Spring is coming, and I can't have my lip looking like hell....that pisses everybody off! Thanks for the help!

unfortunately you will prob be spending some quality time with your car on your back!!
prob need some serious polishing- rubbing compound type. however, if the damage is to the "metal" (plastic), you might need a repaint instead.

Sould have bought a beater to drive for the winter and parked the "S" in the grage.
