The pack labelled "303 Vinyl Top Protectant & Cleaner Kit" is definitely the best choice for the S2000. That said, the consensus of opinion seems to be that regular car wash is fine for washing the roof (I must confess to using Tequiment top shampoo though! - I blame the old FAQ ) so why not save a few bucks and just buy the 303 Aerospace protectant? As you can see from the box, the pack just contains a spray bottle of their top cleaner and a 16oz spray bottle of regular 303 Protectant - there's no special derivative for the vinyl roof

303 Aerospace is for the vinyl tops. You can either buy it separately or packaged with a bottle of cleaner. Aerospace works great. Just follow the directions and the top will shine like new. Aerospace also have a UV protection rating of about 40.
Stay away from the Fabric Guard or other similar products. They are not designed for use with vinyls. These products contain protroleum distillates with can, over time, actually damage the vinyl.
Go the the 303 website: http://www.303products.com You can order FREE samples (ok, $5 for shipping).
