my opinions only:
you need big blue to dry with, vinylex for vinyl, and townsends leather cleaner and also their leather preservative (or subsititue lexol if easier to find for you). also a few high quality microfiber towels for application and removal of youir product, and a good auto glass cleaner for the inside glass.
when you are a bit more comfortable with the basic process, i have a bunch more stuff for you to get!!

i would recommend doing a search first as there are many products that are available, but not available to everyone.
I tend to use this set up:
a vinyl cleaner
a vinyl protectant
a leather cleaner
a leather protectant
I tend to prefer separate products as opposed to the all in ones

1. lambswool mitt
2. the best car shampoo you can find- one that has good "sheeting action" (causes the water to move off), good lubrication (to minimize swirls), and good sudsing (to lift off dirt from the car).
