IPA Wipedown?

IPA Wipedown?
Does anyone here do an IPA wipedown to remove polish residue? Is it really necessary/does it actually help?
If you do, do you dilute it? If so, how strong of a mixture? 50/50? And what concentration alcohol?
Does it strip any polish that was used?

its good for removing waxes before applying badges, but i just use wd-40 or a swirl remover in that case (small areas).
also good for use after tape if you tape the car...
i dont use it after polishing, but you can if you want to make sure that you have everything off of the car before waxing-

if your lazy like me I would say get the Menzerna Top Inspection
No mixing and just wipe and after you polish each section to check if you corrected everything you needed, then move to your next polishing step or wax or seal.
