Default Invisible Glass 'Reach & Clean' tool

http://www.invisibleglass.com/ReachClean.htm

I use Invisible Glass spray cleaner for glass and it works great on most areas, but it's really hard to clean the inside of a windscreen well, especially down where it meets the dashboard. I hate seeing swirls on the inside of my windshield.

Is this worth $15? I have bought some products that seemed very simple but are real effort savers, and plenty that were mostly a waste of money. An example of a really awesome product that cost more than I thought it should was the CA Water Blade for $20. I thought there's no way some squeegee can be worth that much, until I tried it.

Should I be the guinea pig?

Try it. I have trouble reaching for the rear window and the corners near the dashboard. But get rid of the CA water blade.

I never used it, but I have used the Stoner products.

BTW...this actually seems to work really good for a quick cleanup on glass and it works great for hard to reach areas.

Thanks for the videos! Ouch, I'm not surprised to catch some flak for using the blade, I'm always very careful to clean it up well with soap and water before every use and I mostly use it on the large flat areas of my car (roof and hood of my Audi wagon are a perfect example) while the rest get traditionally dried with a clean chamois. Just gave the Audi a bath this afternoon and it looks fantastic

I agree with MikeyC: I've owned the one from Griot's for years. Lets just say that if something happened to it, I would definitely replace it.

If something happens to the one I've had for years, I'll shop for a new one. Until that happens, I have no clue what they cost or who sells them now.

I have something similar and it makes cleaning the windshield much easier. You don't have to move your arm in weird angles or nothing and it's alot easier on the arms.

When I use it I just use a microfiber over it and clean the glass. I don't use windex or anything, just water if i do decide to use something.

I have a similar product, also from Griots, that works well in getting those hard to reach areas. The S is not difficult at all, try cleaning the inside of the Honda Fit windshield if you want a true PITA!
