Default I'm baaaaccck :)

ok i know it's not an s but i am working my way back

some of you may know that i sold my S last year to buy a house and i drove a POS ford for the last 8 months.. i hated the thing and i could never get excited about detailing it like my S and other cars - anyway i picked up this 'Lude from a good friend this past week and MikeyC helped me yesterday

we clayed it, DACP, Klasse AIO and then topped it with something MikeyC had (like s100)

here are some before and after shots

before pas side

after pass side

before nose

after nose

before rear

after rear (still needs work as i plan to remove the emblems / vtec sticker

money shot

it's good to have a car i'll enjoy working on again

The headlights were one of the areas I worked on.

Steve, I think once you get some 4" pads you should go over the headlights one or two more times with some Menzerna Intensive Polish. Then follow up with one or two treatments of Menzerna Finishing Polish II or the Megs DACP. I think we could have gotten them even better. Also, the car looks great now that you have the summer wheels on.

Looks great

but one question what did you use on the licence plates to get them to change like that ??!

looks very nice, rear tail lights look impressive too.

Wheels lift it as well for that all round job.

How long did it take you guys to do it?

Those are special camera plates we have in MA the orig pic had the old owner's plate on it
