How often should I clay bar?
I did it 2 months ago when i zaino'd and done one more application of zaino since then.
I apply a couple of coats of zaino 5 zfx and 2 topped off with 6 every 2-3 weeks
How often should I do the whole thing including claybar?

use it about 7 times...
when it gets dark it is dirty and should be thrown away, or if you drop it you should also throw it away.
clay whenever the car is not smooth- but i always err on the side of claying less often rather than more often. there is a slight risk of scratches or swirls with clay (if you have any embedded substances that can scratch).

If you want you can use a clay bar over the entire car about 3-4 times before it needs to be replaced. I agree with the above comments about replacing immediatey if you drop the bar and also the more you do it the more chance their is that you might scratch the surface. Just make sure to use a good cleaner wax, then polish, and last decent carnuba wax and all the minor scratches and swirls should disappear.
