Probably once a week, or more accurately, whenever it's dirty. Mine lives in the garage most of the time.

when the weather was nice, i would drive to my sisters house (25 miles) every weekend and give her a good bath. (my apt complex is in the ghetto and dont have a way to hose it off here). we are moving tomorrow though, and ill have covered parking, so as long as theres no rain or snow it'll get ONRed every weekend. ive never used ONR, so any tips you guys have would be great!

There's not a whole lot to tell. Just follow the directions on the bottle and you'll be fine. About the only thing I do differently from the directions is use the ubiquitous second rinse bucket.

Well, maybe one thing. For me, and this is just my opinion, I wouldn't use it on a seriously dirty car. I'm sure some people do, but I just can't imagine how using it on a very dirty car would do anything other than swirl it all up.

I have used used both the two-bucket and one-bucket method. I used the one-bucket method because the car was not very dirty. If it had been much dirtier, I would have used the two-buckets. But if you use the two-bucket, I think you will find that you want to start with at least three gallons of water and the appropriate measure of ONR.

Some people say that the 2 bucket method isnt necessary when using ONR because they have polymers that encapsulate the dirt and make it sink supposedly. I still use 2 just in case.

I wash my Fit probably once a week. Sometimes longer if I quick detail it. Its white so it gets pretty dirty. But much easier than my black s2k.

[QUOTE=espelirS2K,Dec 12 2008, 10:01 AM] Do yourself a favor.. every night, spend 15 mins. MAX and get a good quick detailer, and a REALLY good MF towel DD Uber Plush I would recommend (better than the normal uber's). And every night, wipe the car down, including the wheels (with a diff. mf of course!).

The S is my DD.

I wash and detail once a month.

Use a car cover when I park overnight and when I park at work.

I use a quick detailer every weekend.

Nuff said.
