How many coats of Zaino do you have on now?

 

Plan to start the Zaino process this week so I'll let you know and vote. Plan on at least 3-4 to start. More if time permits.

I just finished with 3rd coat. Looks great!

 

Did the Dawn, clayed, and Z-7 wash Tuesday. Should get first coat of Z-5 followed by Z-6 spray late today or early tomorrow. I plan on doing 2-3 coats of Z-5/Z-6 then finish up with at least 2 coats of Z-2/Z-6. If time permits then I'll do more coats by this weekend. If not I'll add over the next couple weekends. I'd like to get up to 4 minimum.

 

I put 6 coats of Zaino on my Spa Yellow over the course of a week last May. I wash my car twice weekly and it's my daily driver. Water still beads up as if it was waxed yesterday and I haven't done a thing since last May.

 

I was looking for that missing option as well. Zero coats, I'm using Finish First, a Zaino competitor and S100 on top.

 

I voted 4-7 but it depends on what "coats" you're talking about. Currently, and I'm not done yet, I have 3 coats of Z-5 followed by 3 coats of Z-6. After that I've put a coat of Z-2 with ZFX mixed in. I plan on putting at least 2 more coats of Z-2/ZFX. So, my vote is based on 3 Z-5s and 1 Z-2.

Unfortunately, we have some sort of tropical depression thing hovering off the coast here so we're very overcast, etc. Basically the lighting isn't very good on most of my pics. However, check out the cloud reflection in my hood. You can see the colors of the sky, the whole 9 yards. You can also see me standing over the rear end of the car in the one shot.
