lotsa options!!
first, i would try something like wheelwax...

next any rust remover followed by a good wax type (not carnuba) product- zaino is fine for this- or wheelwax! did i say that already!

Home Depot is where I bought it. Spray it on,let it sit for awhile and wipe off.
