wash you car with dish washing detergent... it'll strip that sucker right off.

But you *must* remember to rewax the car right away because all of the wax *will be* stripped.

Use Dawn - it works very well at removing wax, but as shingles stated, rewax as soon as you are done with the clay

wait a minute....put on wax right after the clay process? I thought you had to rewash it with z7 THEN reapply the wax ASAP...

You should rewash with Z7 after claying.

Hi guys, I don't have an S2K, I wish.. , but I would like to get my Prelude as close as some of the great shines on your rides.. From reading so far I gathered this:
1 Wash car with liquid dishwasher Dawn
2 Clay bar
3 Zaino car wash Z7
4 Z1
5 Z2
After all this I can reapply Z2 every 1-2 days right?
For regular washing use Z7 which does not strip Z1 or Z2.
Also, is it necessary to use a true Zaino clay bar or can I use another brand? Does it have to be Dawn or can other brands be used, I'm not sure if I can buy Dawn in Canada...
Thank you for any replies....

Rewash with Dawn after the claybar not with Z7. You have everything else right. If you're not going to use the Zaino claybar, use the mother's claybar. It's the same thing. Everything else you will notice it starts to fall apart after it gets wets with the lube.

Best...

Sean
