how do you guys get the roughness out

Default how do you guys get the roughness out

i guess i havent been washing my car for a really long time. it starts to get all rough. it seem like the clear coat is gone. is there anything i could do?

use dawn soap, then claybar the car... then use zaino

your car will be VERY smooth after this.

Claybar should eliminate this roughness, if it is indeed roughness on the clear coat, and not just pits and chips that are barely visible to the eye.

davisvan... your clear coat will not disapear!
the only thing that will take it down is a high grit polish or compound (such as rubbing compound).

When you run your hand over your paint and you feel little specks you should clay bar. Clary bar should get rid of the roughness.
