Default How do you clean matte colored wheels

I have a set of the regular silver CE28's. The color finish is this matte paint. Everytime I wash my car I scrub the wheels with a wet/soapy cloth, but I've noticed that the brake grime is getting worse and I can't seem to scrub it off.

Do you guys have any hints/suggestions in cleaning wheels like mine?

thanks,
chikai

always go as gentle as will work...
car shampoo is the first step, with a wheel brush

if that doesnt get it, next step is a gentle wheel cleaner- i like the p21s wheel cleaners for this purpose.

your wheels are clear-coated, so you want to stay with gentle cleaners.

btw, got (close-up) pics??
