Default Hey pressure washer guys...

So I had a pretty good birthday last weekend. My fiance gets me a new toolbox...so now I can move all my tools there and it frees up a whole bunch of room in the cabinents for my detailing stuff.

And then my parents get me a pressure washer. Now...I wanted to get one initially for the driveway and the deck and stuff like that. Of course, I wouldn't mind using it for a foam cannon as well. Well, the one my dad got me was the Husky 1800S.

http://www.huskypowerwasher.com/new_models.php

It has this integrated tank in it for detergent. It has a couple of lances that came with it. One is a turbo nozzle with lance and the other is called a Click-N-Clean variable spray lance. The turbo one is for really high pressure washing...probably for the driveway and sidewalk. The other one has three settings...High pressure, medium and detergent.

Now, the thing says to use detergents that are recommended for pressure washers. I'm wondering if I can use some of the car washes that are out there.

Does anyone else have this one or used it in the past? I'm anxious to get out there and use it. The weather up here in Seattle has been crazy though, so I haven't had a chance yet.

i actually used to have that one before i bought my gas powered one.

you can use the car wash shampoos but they are a little thick and sometimes the soap doesnt come out all the time. it definately is a nice pressure washer still though. it is really quiet compared to gas and still gets the job done!

if you really want the soap to come out of the gun, just get a foam gun attachment you wont regret it!

Any recommendations for a cannon?

I'm not really sure where to look. I probably won't get one until I've been able to try it out first. But it's good to have an idea.

depends if you want that shaving cream thick foam like fminus, or if you just want some decent foam. I have a foam master II from detailersdomain (our sponsor) and here is the link for the review

if you want thicker foam than that, then youll probably have to get this one

Hey guys, question about the Husky 1800S. Can a air hose be attached to it and be used for air tools such as air wrench?
