Headlight haze won't go away
When I got my S the headlights were a bit hazy, but I didn't worry too much since I had read about using Plastix on them to clear up any haze. But after 3 applications (I did the last one super thick too) they're considerably better but they still look off.
I'm thinking that there is some gunk or haze on the inside of my lens from when the previous owner opened them to do the "naked" corners. I have a pair of Rick's clear corners that I ordered and figured I'd see what's up when I open them back up.
Any suggestions as to getting rid of this stuff? I don't have a buffer nor do I think a buffer could get on the inside of the lens too well either. I was gonna just give it a few runs with Plastix, but if there's something else I could try I'm open to it.

cant really tell whether the problem is on the outside or inside...
can you fell anything on the outside??
i would try the plastx with a pc or a powerball before going after the insides... even if you have to borrow one-
you to really make sure that the problem is not on the outside before pulling those babies apart (a real pia to get to them and then get them apart and back together- if they arent sealed properly, they will leak)

I'll be opening the headlights at some point to put in my rick's corners.

Well I hit them with the Powerball today and it improved them a bit over my work yesterday, but I'm almost certain something is on the inside...or my lenses are just screwed.

Is the outside surface smooth?
I'd take em apart, and see if you can tell whether its the inside, or outside. If it's the outside, I'd take some 2000 grit sandpaper, and sand down the front of the headlights, to see if that helps, and then try Plexus or w/e...

Well I just got done putting my car back together. It seems it's a bit of both. I took a long time and took the power ball with plastix to the inside and outside of the lenses. I got them to be a lot clearer but I think I'll need to sand them down to get them perfect, but that's another day.
I'll upload the pics in the morning, very tired.
