Did a search, but can't find anything. I plan on waxing the car this weekend, (it's supposed to be 83 degrees this weekend ) and have a question. I have not yet went to the Zaino stuff, but I am happy with the Meguairs so I will use that till it's all gone. Is going over the car with cleaner wax the same as washing it with Dawn to strip the wax, or is it more involved than that? I just want to save some time on the process so I need to know. I will polish, then wax, then go for a nice drive with the top down. If it is a good step to use, then I will. Thanks guys and gals. One other thing, where in the heck can I get the Big Blue chamois?

www.sportscarcare.com is where i get all my stuff, bro. and you might be in the market for some good engine cleaner, eh?

check out the 303 aerospace cleaner there. this guy is a board member and will have that stuff to you in no time.

(and i might suggest getting your hands on zaino while you're there.)

i've just recently moved over to sandwiching Z2 and PS21 with a orbital buffer. it came out great! at this point, i don't think anyone could convince me that zaino isn't the best.

the meguiars cleaner wax will add wax, not remove it...
use dawn to be sure.
or if you will be polishing before the zaino (this means using a real polish or swirl remover) then you will also be stripping off the wax.
from what you write, my guess is that dawn is your best bet.
