Default Hard to clean bottom of rear bumper

Im wondering what you guys use to clean the bottom back part of your bumper I have a GPW and it gets yellowish after a while with running with a testpipe. I have used some soap and water with some degreaser but that takes a long time, plus im not sure if the degreaser is that good for the paint. Does anyone else have this problem.. im sure its more common on the lighter colored cars.

you might need a paint cleaner or other mild polish...
be sure to rewax afterwards as polishes remove everything from the surface.
and be sure to really work the product (unlike most others) to get the stains out of the clearcoat.
