Default hair line paint cracks

Hey all,

I was hoping the Wash and Wax forum could help me out again. I was wiping down the front bumper of my GPW S2000 and noticed a hair line like cracks in the paint. It's kind of like a spider web where all the cracks meet a specific point. I tried to take pictures but the camera doesn't seem to pick up the small details. I purchased the car used last month from a local dealership...I didn't notice the bumper was repainted till someone who was doing my clear bra pointed it out (saw paint near my head lights). BTW, they didn't do a very good job and am kicking myself for not seeing it before.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to fix it unless I drop some cash redoing the whole thing. But I was wondering if I could do anything to stop it from cracking more or getting worse.

Any advice would be appreciated.

if its spiderwebbing you might be able to polish it out... if its paint cracks, you are most likely lookin at a repaint.
