Go with what's proven. Get the Flex, PC 7424, or the Ultimate Detailing Machine (UDM) kit. The griot's from what I understand is just a rebadged unit of one of the aforementioned machines. Save yourself some coin, support a forum sponsor, and get something that won't make you pay more for a name.

griot's rebadges tons of stuff. everytime a new cool detailing whatever comes out, soon after you'll see griot's garage selling his own version. wouldn't bother me if their prices weren't so high. i've heard multiple people claim they like being able to return anything they don't like, but to me it's not worth the extra loot, and with a little research you'll know what your ordering & order stuff u won't return. offering good products is a key to any car care website, but when u jump the bandwagon with rebadges stuff and try to claim originality, something doesn't sit right with me.
oh....and seriously g/l beating phil's customer service /quick shipping (i think i've ordered from 4-6 different places and it's yet to b touched)

Thanks for the links. There are some great prices on the PC. I don't believe the current polisher by Griot's is a rebagded PC. They're return policy is for the life of the polisher as well. Most of the policies I've seen for companies selling the PC is only for one year. I'm still researching thanks to help from all of you. I'll be sure to post up with what I decide.
