Great Info. and results
Well, I sold my S2k and jumped into a 96 Black NSX-T a month ago. This is my first black car and first time detailing. I researched this forum because there is a wealth of knowledge and detailed information. Here are the results.
This is what I used:
Porter Cable 7424
Edge orange pad with 3M polish for dark cars.
Finished with Klass AIO using edge black pad.

This car looks familiar. Were you the one that parked along side all those s2k at Ranch 99 in milpitas? Car is insanely beautiful btw. Well kept black is the best kind of black, otherwise it'll b oxidized like crazy.

That really looks incredible. My S is going to the paint shop this month for a respray of black, if it comes out lookin even close to as good as that then I'm gonna need a change of underpants.
