Grease Stains on my dash.

Grease Stains on my dash.
I noticed them under a certain light and couldn't understand what the deal is. Instantly used Meguiar's Quick Interior Detailer with Microfiber and it didn't do anything.
I then followed up with what I believe is a stronger cleaner 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium Interior Cleaner. It foams up and works the dash real well. Doesn't leave it as dry looking as Quick Detailer seems to though. Still didn't work. Looks like the oily residue spread and looks like bunch of spots all over the dash now.
I followed up with my finger and spit, which seemed to smudge the grease stain but not remove it. I've tried alcohol swab on an inconspicuous spot which made the vynil spot dry looking so I am scared to use it on the dash.
Should I use Leather Masters Strong Cleaner on the dash when cleaning my leather seats this week?
Thanks!!

The dash is not leather, so do not try the leather cleaner.
Get some 1Z deep plastic cleaner. My friend removed tar from paint with it, and I got marks from a Sharpie of my dash with it, and my dash is tan!

i like apc for this purpose...
meg's all purpose cleaner is a wonderful product. you will find many uses for it, and this is one. i would dilute it down, and you can experiment with this.
you might be able to get it at a brick and mortar.
