Got some Rust Specks
Hoping one of you guys can help me out with this one:
I washed my car the other day, and was quite pissed off to see that I have quite a few rust specks forming on my front fenders and even some on my doors. These just came on with in the past month or 2. This is the first time that I have noticed them, because I haven't been driving my car very much during the winter.
Is there someway to get rid of these rust specks before they get worse? Is there some sort of cleaner or component that I could use?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

There's no factories near here.
I scratched at the specks with my fingernails, and they didn't come off, but they don't seem to be cratered into the paint.
I will give the clay thing a try.
Thanks for the pointer
