Default Good wax/polish for my daily driver

Hi all,

I use Zaino on my S2000, and I love it... but it's a lot of work to apply. I would like to buy an off-the-shelf wax/polish for my Acura, since I don't hold quite the same love for it that I do for my S2000

I'd just like to find something that is easy to apply (IE: apply it, and then buff off without having to wait like Zaino), which can be purchased locally..

thanks for any help!

can't ever go wrong with meguiars gold class from your local auto parts store

personally, i don't find the wait to be a problem. i vacuum, clean the leather, shine the tires, and wipe the interior while the wax dries (i use zfx in my zaino).

The wait isn't a problem for me either (i use zfx too), but my Acura is parked on the street or in the driveway, so I don't like the idea of it sitting out there for 30-45 minutes gathering dust and then buffing all of that dust into the black paint

Optimum spray wax is my go-to wax for quick jobs--it has amazing durability and is extremely easy to apply and buff off (there's no waiting time necessary)

and my three cents-

p21s
cant get any easier and also cant get much better shine.
since its a carnuba, it wont last as long as your zaino... but thats the price for the simplicity

p21s DOES look nice... but I think I'd have to go diabolus's route and go for some sort of spray wax for speed and ease of use. I've heard good things about the Mothers FX or Synwax or whatever it is, for an OTC product.

Klasse AIO... wipe on wipe off and lasts 6 months... really. If you want to extend to a year... SG on top of that but thats prob more work than you want.

Exactly. The stuff protect for quite a while. We tested it on my partners personal car and my wifes LandRover and it lasted pretty much all winter in New England. Good stuff.

Give you car a really good polish and detail. Use this to protect your work once you clean it up and every other month give is another spray.

The Optimum Spray Wax is more of a sealant... Once you apply that you can actually wax over it for more depth. It really is incredible stuff.

^ Yeah and it will last about 2 seconds. That stuff its terrible IMHO. Has zero protection value. The Optimum spray wax is a much better choice.
