I parked my car outside 100% of the time this past summer and did the whole zaino routine at least once a month. My car always looked great, except for when it rained and I parked under this one tree that made everything sticky until i washed it off.

I think your getting swirls from the car cover. Slight wind will cause it to slide around etching spiderwebs in your clearcoat/paint. If you put the cover on with just a little bit of dust, it will get stuck in the cover material and scratch.
