espelirS2K- Its a steamer used to cleaner interior/exterior
synergytone- I speak with the owner beforehand about the pros and cons of a perfect finish. And if its a perfect finish they want, thats what I deliver. So I always set the expectations before hand and then meet it, so no need to address anything.
