Default Fixing Trim Scratches and Small Holes

Do you guys recommend a specific way to fix scratches and tiny holes on the door trim? Someone broke into my car and the impact from the broken glass left scratches and holes in my trim.

Theres no real great way to fix scratches and holes other than to replace the item.

trim as in the rubber part that runs along the top of the door near the windshield, or some other trim?

if its the rubber part, i agree that replacement is pretty much the only option

By trim, I am referring to the whole door panel. I'll probably just live with it.
