I've been using the new "rage" Microfiber towels for over 3 years now.

Here is another option instead of the fluffy microfiber towel. It is a specialized MF glass cloth that works extreemly well.

Newspaper was first used to clean the soot out of the glass chimneys on oil lamps. Try using dry newspaper with no color print and lots of elbow grease.

I've had better luck with a glass cleaner and Microfiber towels.

By far the best way to clean windows streak free without added expense:
1) Spray half of windshield or whole side windows with Windex (in shade and not hot) let sit for about 30 seconds.
2) Wipe off with newspaper (I use coffee filters).
3) Keep a spray bottle of plain water and spray on.
4) Wipe off with a fresh newspaper or coffee filter.
You will have clean streak free glass without fancy towels or cleaners.

Just wash your windows like the rest of the car and dry them off with a terry-cloth bath towel. Works perfectly for me.

I hate when that happens. Obviously, my technique only works on the outside. It does work, however, and leaves the windows streak free.

Although it's a PITA to sop up all that water from the seats and floor afterwards...
