Default fantastik (for cover and ???)

as clive, mark and others have suggested, i am now washing my car cover with fantastik.
as posted previously, you must use a very small amount (i use about one cap- and they are small caps!) and rinse 2 times.
my question is:

since fantastik comes in such a large size, what else is it good for? anyone use it to remove oil stains on the driveway?
any other uses???

You can share it with other members like Clive did with me. He's a very generous guy.

I'll have to see how big the cap is. I don't have the original bottle, so I'll have to come check it out.

You're washing your car cover? Maybe you should just cover it.

thanks jim- now i know what to do with that other cover!

clive's reply:
<Haven't tried it on anything else yet. I gave half of it to Mark, so I don't have too much left to experiment. My guess is you can use it like 409, but may also be good for washing dirty jeans and oily things. I think I'll try using it for cleaning my rags and cloths that I use to clean the car with. Should work.

BTW, I think you should be using two cupfuls. Depends on the size of the washer I guess. I used the "huge" machine in the Laundromat, and the cover looked lost in it. If think of any more uses, I'll holler.

Clive >

when i used two caps i got the "film", and one seems to work fine- i guess it is a personal decision!
still looking for more uses for this stuff!! (i like the idea of washing the rags in it)

Isn't Fantastik the same stuff you see advertised on TV or available at the grocery store?

It's definitely NOT the same stuff that's in the grocery store.
