I'd use the Zaino. I've had my S2000 for almost 13 months now and only used the Zaino "wax" on it twice. I usually just wash it with the Zaino carwash, dry it off, and am done with it.

You could just use the 3 step process by Meguiar if you want bead and shine for six months plus. You can just watch all the rain run right off the hood of your car for maybe 9 months prior to needing another coat. For the pathfinder you can just use the cleaner wax and then go straight to the carnuba unless of course you are finding spots that are losing their shine. The time you save by using the "orbital thingy" will surprise you and the ability to go back and put on a second coat will sky rocket and the wax will last even that much longer.

Zaino blew all the others away in that magazine. As you can see above I suggested Collinite, which did ok. Got a B- I think and there was only one A and only a handful of Bs. I highly suggest getting that article/magazine. For $10 it is a wealth of information.

Well this past weekend the President/Owner of http://www.sportscarcare.com (who is also an S2000 owner) came over and "educated me" on Zaino.

Needless to say I threw out everything I had before and have seen the light! The Zaino stuff REALLY is everything it claims to me. He also taught me how to use a Zaino clay bar and got my car super clean and smooth. Thanks Sports Car Care.com!

(P.S. for those who like car products that smell pleasant rather than like harsh chemicals then Zaino is for you! The car soap smells just like Blue Raspberry Slush Puppy from when I was a kid, I wonder if it tastes the same.....naaaa....)

The nice thing about Zaino is that you can easily apply a new coat after a wash. It really doesn't take that long. That way, you can continue to build up and reinforce the protection. And if you use the Zaino car wash, it will also help reinforce the "wax"
