Does 303 Have A Strong Plastic/Vinyl Smell?
I bought a bottle of 303 protectant from my Honda dealer, they had it sitting in the sunlight in a display case and the label was faded due to sunlight. I just used it tonight and found that it has a vinyl and plastic smell to it, is this the type of smell it omits ?, just checking in case there is something wrong with mine due to it sitting for so long in the showroom display case. Any replies from persons using it would be helpful , thanks very much.

It smells absolutely horrible. I can't really say what it reminds me of, but it does smell horrible. So if yours smells bad, it's probably normal.
I see guys that use this all over the interior of the car, it must smell pretty bad in close quarters, he, he, he. you think they might add a touch of fragrance to it hugh. oh well, I know it's a good product.

naw didnt notice any strong odour at all, and I do have a good sniffer (hard to believe after all those beer farts)
When I first used it the mild smell did remind me significantly of when I used armor all back in the day. dont use any product in a poorly ventilated area. I would imagine adding fragrance would lessen the products ability to do what it does best.

hmm...seems to be varying reports on the smell...maybe your using too much? I know this stuff goes VERY far. but yes lots of people relating it to body odour.
Question:
What is the Shelf Life of 303 Aerospace Protectant?
Answer:
If 303 Aerospace Protectant is protected from freezing it will retain its effectiveness 5 years or longer. (It is best to store most surface treatment products at room temperature).
