Hey Jayne, the silicone is described in the owner's manual, it's called Shin-Etsu grease, and it's to be used on the top seal where top meets the windshield.

I've never heard of 303 powder, but I guess it would be the same... as long as it's the aerospace protectant stuff... works great on dash as well as top...

The web site has quite a few products (ex: 303 Fabric Convertible Top Kit). Also, do you know where I can find the Shin-Etsu grease? Honda dealership maybe?
