i bought a heavy duty machine for the house and have burned out one motor so far!! so, i do use my home machine, but even with a heavy duty one its gonna be hard on the machine
i use low heat and it takes awhile

We have 2 industial kenmores at home. Before the reply was sent i went ahead and tried it cus i was too lazy to go to a laundry mat. Came out fine. I think it was a bit taxing on the washer though. hehe

I just run down to the local laundry mat and toss it in the biggest machine they have and then the biggest dryer. No problems so far.
