How much better is this kit compared to the Porter Cable 7424 kit? Since the Porter Cable 7424 kit is super reasonably cheaper now I'm planning to get it, but this one seems better. Do you think I should spend the extra money and get this kit or just get the 7424?

I think I might get this kit, but I have a few questions. Is the machine a rotary, or pc? Would I still be able to use the machine as on the tutorials on your site like the 7424? Using this machine is the same as using the the pc? is it harder to use or the same? and is this is a dual? lol Sorry for these noob questions.
