Default Detailed 2000 Carerra

Just thought I would share some pics of a recent detail job i did for my fiance's boss. I got to his place around 10 in the morning....ended up leaving at 6 at night.

The owner confessed to never waxing the car just a quick wash here and there. After giving the car a thourough once over I couldnt believe that it had gotten so nasty as a garage queen.

pics pre wash

I had to wash it twice before i felt confortable claying they car. Once all of the grim and leaves were off the car I could finally tell what kinda condition the paint was actually in....definitly not the worst but still nasty

Moving on to the compounding/swirl remover...I used a UDM on speed 5.5-6 with an orange pad. Results....

Ended up topping off the rest of the car with Zaino Z2 and Lusso Oro. It was the first time I used Lusso and was more then happy with the end results. I felt it added a good layer of depth to the color of the car.

Ill be getting some better day light shots this coming weekend of the car. Sorry they are so dark. Let me know what you think!

Products used: CG All purpose cleaner, CG Back to Black, Zaino Z-7 car wash, Zaino Z-18 clay bar, Z-PC (2 passes), Z-2, Lusso Oro and Zaino Grand Finale

i loved it....cant really vouch for the protectiveness of it as i havent seen the car since i did it on sat but overall i thought it went on like butter and came off like butter. I felt like it really brought the Red out of the Red paint if that makes sense
