you can probably get away with skipping the SIP. our car's paint is very soft and you will be able to get mostly everything with just 106ff and po85rd. then again the sip is nice to have for other cars or deeper scratches.
don't know if you'll need the green polishing pad, but i have the orange, white, and blue pads and it has worked fine for me.
you'll be able to do well over 4 cars, that's for sure. i don't think i'm even halfway through my po85rd and i've used it on 5 cars so far.
to clean the foam pads i spray adam's apc on the pad and let it soak in water for a bit. after it has soaked, i wring it out and put it on the pc at a low speed (1-2). i also use the foam pad brush that detailersdomain sells. after this, you can let it air dry by placing the pad on a towel (velcro side down).
