I just bought this car a few weeks back and these 2 stains keep bothering me. I tried windex, oxi clean, water, and armor all, nothing budged it even the slightest

any tips?

I would try a specific vinyl cleaner. 303 makes an excellent vinyl cleaner which should work, after cleaning follow up with their vinyl protectant. If you have trouble locating 303 products try a Marine supply, they usually stock their full line.
