couple of questions....
Just couple of question before I order Zaino.
1. Do I have to strip the orignal wax off first before Zaino?
2. If so, what do I use? I read people recommend dawn liquid detergent, but is that safe for the paint??
3. what kind of car shampoo do you guys use? do you use z-7 everytime you wash your car? Cuz my car is black and it gets dirty quick.
THanks.

1. Yes, it is advised to do so.
2. Dawn is recommended but any dish soap will do. You only use this once - the first time and never again. The paint will be fine.
3. If you are going with Zaino, you may as well use their carwash soap. But you don't have to. Any dedicated carwash soap will do.

i use zaino and have several other shampoos too...
use the one you like the best- one with good sheeting action. doesnt have to be z-7.
wash and detail my car about every other month. looks like new up until the very end. my secrets:
-lots of coats of zaino and p21s
-detail sprayed about once a week or so
-car cover (even in the garage at work)

Check out the tips on Zaino's web site
http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/mercha...PS&Store_Code=Z
Order the product and then enjoy a really good product that produces a really good reflective shine.
I was amazed that when I first stripped the wax using Dawn that there was not beading at all. That Dawn is some nasty stuff on stripping wax. I turned a buddy on to Zaino and he was also amazed that Dawn stripped off ten years worth of the premium "M" product with one wash.
