Conditioners for inside the car? what should we use?

Conditioners for inside the car? what should we use?
Ok, if half the seat is leather, do we use leather conditioner on half the seat, or all of it? Do we use leather conditioner and vynl for the side doors? How about for the dash, presently I just use a damp towel to take the dust off, should i be using some kind of protectant? Very interested to know all your opinions.
