Sorry for 2 in a row, but the leather looks very blotchy in some of the close ups, that could be the oil absorbing more heavily in some areas and less in others...let me know if this was there before you started everything or if this was a result of the oil.
Thanks,
Sean

Sean.. thanks for the input..
by no means i am denying your point... they are the right suggestions but just to clarify...
a) the rejuvinator displaces the dirt and old dirty oils, in effect cleaning the leather and keeping the bonds strong
b) the prestine clean then cleans up all of the crud that's displaced by the rejuvinator and any left over oil that isn't absorbed
c) you must then apply your regular conditioner after the prestine clean because the seats are basically fresh and untreated at that point
d) i plan to keep reapplying your regular conditioner, once per month
e) I plan only apply the leatherique once per year to keep the leather clean and strong.
the blotchyness that you see are excess oil... they are gone after i applied the cleaner...

Manny, no problem, just trying to help you guys out so you don't accidentally harm your leather because I have seen it happen so many time and the headaches and $$$ it can cost. Glad to see the blotches went away, but again I would stay away from the oil, an unnecessary step at this point in time. However, if you have an older car where the leather is hardening then it may be of use, but be careful it will change the color of the leather where the finish has cracked away and is no longer present.

The leather really shouldn't look shiny after applying conditioner, I use the stuff they give you for leather jackets it's the same stuff only cheaper. Just rub it in.
For your engine detail you removing the engine?
