coats of zaino+++
So who has the most coats of zaino on their S2000? The most coats i ever had at once before i drove it was 8, 6 coats of Z-5 & 2 coats of Z-2 the shine was incredible, didn't drive the car for a week and half due to the waxing but my god was it shiny. My Zaino distributor has a red C-5 corvette and has had as many as 50 coats+
of wax on his car in a single sitting, now that was just breathtaking to look at. How many coats you guys got on your S2000's

I cant say how many coats on my S2000 - but i did get to about 25 coats on the SSEi last summer.

This year I hope to put ZFX to good use and get many many on the Camaro I picked up last fall.

My distributor is Carl, how did you know? The last time i saw him he had his red
C-5 convertible but i think he was trying to sell it, i think he got a 2002 electric blue Z06 now but i havn't seen that yet, at least thats what he told me he was getting, i can't wait to see that if he got it.

I have known of - emailed with etc, for many months now. He is very active on some of the other boards I visit also. He is extremely knowledgeable obout car care as well - and I always pay attention when he puts out info.
I cant recall now if he has the blue vette, now that you mentioned it. I think he has - but Im also not positive.,

I put 12 coats on my sebring silver this month. The shine is just ok. I was expecting a better shine. I may put a few more coats on but I doubt that the shine will improve.

12 on silver . . . . you are pretty much done improving the shine with extra coats by now . . . . the difference after the first bunch becomes slimmer by the coat.
do keep putting it on though - think protection as well . . .

did you use ZFX?
if not, and you got some, the shine would bump higher, that is one of the benefits instead of adding non-ZFX layers.

I've done about 10 coats of Z-2 & 30 coats of Z-5 since i got my S2000 7 months ago. I have way over half a bottle of Z-2 left, & a quarter of a bottle of Z-5 left. Try applying a little thinner 7 coats out of a bottle of Z-2 is a little extreme.
