Default Cleaning titanium tips

Hi guys,

I did a search and didnt find what I was looking for. Does anyone know if I should take any special precautions for cleaning titanium burnt tip exhaust?

Thanks in advance,

Vincent

as long as its just normal dirt and exhaust, just wash it with an old rag (old mfs are best) that is dedicated to that purpose with good car shampoo.
i just did my wheels and exhaust a few minutes ago with a detail spray... when doing that, be sure to use lotsa product and turn the rag a lot- i usually use at least a coupla rags and do wheels first. i also have a duster for wheels only (i use one of those interior dusters- never use them on the interior anyway).
you gotta be a bit careful not to use any harsh products or you can "unblue" your tips- i havent ever done it, but understand its a pia to reblue (you have to reburn them i am told)
