Default Cleaning ?Plexus? residue off the top.

I have noticed a faint white residue around my rear window - sorry no pictures. I have only used Plexus to clean the window and can only assume that I did not remove thoroughly (and closed the top) or I wiped the cleaning rag onto the soft-top surface.

I have attempted to used water pressure from a hose and a medium-to-soft bristle brush (both w/o any cleaning agent) and have not been able to remove the residue.

Any thoughts on an approach to remove the residue?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Regards,
Michael

I would try using 3M's 303 vinyl cleaner. It works on bird droppings and tree sap, so it may work on Plexus residue. Use a tooth brush.
