Default Cleaning pads

So what are you guys using to clean your pads? I initially just used hot water and a lot of elbow grease...eventually I got lazy and started throwing them in my washing machine (front-load, no agitator). How do you do it?

i let them soak in a bucket with dawn dish washing soap on them and then rinse them the next day till they are clean

I soak my used pads in a bucket of snappy pad cleaner solution as soon as they get gunked up

by far my least favorite portion of correction. absolutely can not stand cleaning pads
