Cleaning Exterior Rubber Seals
Does anyone have any ideas on how to clean these exterior seals/rubber molding pieces? I know they are rather expensive online but was wondering if anyone recommended any certain product

They look to have some environmental damage, 303 aerospace is a good start , if that doesnt work you may need to buff them up a bit and maybe spray them with a clearcoat. I would not buy new ones, you can always repair them if they don't clean up well.

They may have gone to far so the coating has been fried. Unless you replace them you are doomed to reapply products to keep them looking good. Common issue with many cars with plastic bumpers and trim. I have been using Meguires "Black" plastic trim dressing. They just improved it and I must admit they really did improve it. I use it on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee bumper trim which happens to be a dark camo green and it does a great job. It does not make it black. That being said, it DOES make black trim on my other cars (Tacoma and MDX) look great too. I can go a couple of months between treatments now.

^ That reminds me... my bf used this stuff on my daily's cowl and it worked amazingly! I wonder if it would work as well for whatever that trim piece is called.

If you read all they hype about ceramic coatings, now graphene coatings, it's true they are amazing. But the most impressive part to me, is how easy to apply and effective it is on exterior plastic and rubber trim. You need not polish the trims or buff off the coating. I'd buy a bottle just to use on the trim if you don't feel like cleaning polishing preparing the paint and buffing off.

I happen to use a ceramic coating on my S and I have been pleased how it performs. However, I spent a fair amount of time preparing the car for the coating so the paint was perfect and receptive for the ceramic.
Although I don't have black trim pieces that look like those above, I don't think a ceramic coating is going to work as well if the surface is not prepared prior to application.
