Default Cleaning black trim on the S

Can the imperfections, such as scratches, be removed from the black trim along the car (windshield, soft top, windows, doors). I am talking about the black rubber-like trim on the windshield, doors(at the base of the window), and along the back of the soft top. Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.

only easily if they are very light...
otherwise you have to use plastic polishes which are not easy to use. most reports i see are from someone who messed up the plastic even more with plastic polish.
so you can try a good plastic polish, but be sure to use it only on a very small area until you can tell that it will not make things worse.

after rereading your post it looks like you might be talking about the rubber areas instead of plastic. rubber is even harder to work than plastic... but also harder to scratch-

do you mean the rubber or the plastic??

I am talking about the rubber, not the plastic I believe.
