Cleaner wax mistake?

Cleaner wax mistake?
I accidentally used xymol cleaner wax on my new berlina after having been owned for a little over a month. Right after, I used some other non-cleaner turtle wax and went over these parts again just in case they would need more protection. I remember someone telling me that you shouldn't use cleaner wax on a new car because it would take the clearcoat off. I'm not sure if this is true, any ideas or am i forever?
As of recently, i have only been washing and waxing w/ meguiars Next wax. I plan on getting some zaino's.
Thanks in advance!

soju...
if cleaner wax removed clearcoat, no one would use it!!
you are fine. if it removed any at all, the amount would be so small that it will never matter.
my recollection is that it is a paint cleaner, which is the lightest level of polish that there is.
i assume that this is the stuff that you used:
http://www.amazon.com/Zymol-Natural-Liquid...6736457-1899116
the normal process is to use it and then wax the car afterwards... so you are on the right track!!

Xymol cleaner wax won't harm your clear coat don't sweat it
you should clay it
I like NXT cause you can let it dry. I would suggest a layer of carnuba over the synth wax for durability.

Yep thats the xymol that I used.
Yikes! - I am relieved that I didn't make a critical mistake. Thanks for the info guys, really appreciate it. Now I can take it easier on myself

If I'm trying to get little light surface scratches off, Would Sonus Paintwork Cleanser, or Zymol (Proper spelling, not Xymol) cleaner wax remove them possibly?
