Did you send it by USPS, or by maid?

Thanks Mark for the invaluable info....Now everyone knows that they should be using the real FANTASTIK.

I've just ordered a gallon of the stuff....( What was I thinking?)....I reckon a gallon will wash enough car covers to last me for at least 10 years....(Maybe I could put it in smaller bottles and sell it here on Wash and Wax!)

Clive,

Actually, that's a great idea. I'd buy a bottle off of you.

Resurrecting an old thread to find a specific product. The link above did not work for me. I found a product by SC Johnson called fantastik kitchen cleaner. Is this the fantastic that is recommended for washing the Honda OEM car cover?

I've been using Woolite detergent for delicate fabrics for years. Cleans gently and without harsh detergents.

I contacted SC Johnson company and they wrote back explaining that fantastik cleaner is no longer manufactured. They do offer fantastik scrubbing bubbles, but that is not recommended for use in a washing machine. Woolite, it will be.

Just found this... Is this THE Fantastik??? (It's definitely not the new Scrubbing Bubbles one, at least as per the pic, but a lot of the early threads on this mention a specific Fantastik, not the regular one.) http://www.staples.com/Fantastik-All...product_674210
