Clayed my car this weekend

Thanks, I find the powdercoating pretty easy to keep clean. I'm running ball-seat lug nuts from JLB motorsports, so there are no issues with the lug seats.

The best way to actually see (feel) your results is to take a sandwich bag and put your hand inside. Then run your hands over the paint. You'll notice the biggest difference if you do it over a section that has not been done, then over a section that has. The parts that you haven't done the bag will not move. The area you have, the bag will slide with ease.
Like others have said, lubrication is the key with clay. Good work, the car look good.

***"wash, clay, polish, sealant".... for those who believe those results were just from claying
If there is anyone out there who polishes without claying, "your shine aint nothing like my shine..." - JUNKMAN
...unless your aggressively cutting the paint with a heavy compound etc. you dont necessarily need to use clay beacause that will remove contaminants that clay gets, but if you're in that deep you already know the advantages of clay and what you're doing for that matter..id hope

Regardless, parking your car outside is a losing battle. Unless you clay your car every few months, paint contaminants are just a fact of life.

Is there a specific sealant you guys recommend after claying? I'm going to clay my car this spring sometime, and I want to do it all right (since I probably won't be claying my car for a long time again). So you clay it, then seal it, then wax it?

The waxing after sealing isn't necessary. Some people think it adds depth to the shine, but it's a small benefit.
I personally am going to go with Collinite 845 as soon as my current bottle of wax is out.
